    Scott and Simms are the best. Our company started out just using Simms for our copiers ,then went found out they have much more . If you need I.T Services or a new phone system Simms are the one to go to. Scott has been the best person to work with , he actually cares about your needs in business and works hard to get them for you.

    We met Liz Sims for the first time today at our office. She was able to fit us in on short notice and came right over as agreed. She gave us options on an new company server and was also able to get us into a brand new HP commercial network printer. The timing could not have been better, as ours was on it's last leg.     Our Business has been with Sims since 2007. I was impressed that Mark Sims himself had come out to meet and make sure we were happy with what we purchased. I can honesty say that owner, Mark Sims truly cares about his customers. He is very giving and has gone out of his way to help work a deal for me. I have yet to have a Sales Rep that I did not like. I wish I could say that about a few others. The repair service is right on. Same or next day. Loaners are available a well as my supplies are timely. My experience with Sims Business has been nothing but positive. I have been with many other Copier Companies in the past. I have yet to find or work with any other like Sims. I am sure Mark and his Sales Rep can tell you I am not an easy sale. They had to earn my business. I am glad I made the change and with no regrets.
